Delivery

Small, lightweight items may be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery. For larger items we use a fast, reliable and insured courier service to delivery direct to your door (in which case a signature is required), throughout mainland UK (England, Wales & Scotland - offshore islands are not included).

Delivery to certain areas such as Scottish Highlands may incur additional costs for delivery and as such we reserve the right to apply a surcharge if necessary.

We can arrange shipping to overseas addresses at reasonable rates. Please contact us for more information.

  • Orders received before 3pm Mon – Fri will be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 3pm Mon – Thurs will be processed the next day.
  • Orders received after 3pm Fri or on Sat or Sun will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Orders received on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. Goods must be signed for on receipt - if the packaging is damaged on delivery the customer should indicate as such on the delivery note before signing. Goods must be checked as soon as possible after delivery and any damage or shortages advised to us by email within 48 hours.

Availability

Whilst we aim to keep all items in stock at all times, there may be times when certain items are on back order and are not immediately available. As such, despatch is subject to availability. We will notify you by phone or email as soon as the order is processed if the goods are not in stock.

You will be offered a refund if payment has already been taken and the goods cannot be delivered within a reasonable time.

Returns

Unwanted Goods

If you decide that the goods are no longer required we must be notified by letter or email within 14 days of delivery. The goods should then be returned to us within the next 14 days, unused and in the original packaging complete with all the components. Please include the original receipt. Refunds will be issued only when goods have been received and satisfactorily examined.

Restocking Fee

Goods should be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. Any items that are not returned in this condition, or are deemed to have been handled more than necessary in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality, may be rejected or subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you are uncertain about the exact item to purchase, please email or call us prior to ordering.

Carriage

Carriage charges incurred in returning goods are non–refundable unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Defective Goods

If goods are found to be defective please advise us immediately by email or letter and we may be able to arrange to have the goods collected by an independent, specialist repair company. In this case, the goods will be examined by the specialist company and its findings reported to us.

If the goods are indeed faulty you will be offered either a repair, a replacement or a refund. Which remedy is most appropriate will be dependent on how long ago the goods were purchased, the nature of the fault and the usage the goods have had.

However if upon examination the goods are found not to be defective then the goods will be returned and all costs incurred charged to you.

Correctness of Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information within our website, however we cannot guarantee that all details and prices are correct at all times. Should an error become apparent after the order has been placed but before delivery of the goods we will contact the customer and the option will be given to either cancel or amend the order.
