How safe are my transactions?

All transactions are processed via our 3rd party payment processing service; Worldpay. As such, all details are taken via an encrypted portal and so all transactions are highly secure.

Worldpay employ 3-D Secure Authentication for Visa and MasterCard credit-cards to reduce your exposure to fraud and to increase confidence when making payments online.

When you make any purchases on this website, your credit-card information that we need to process the payment are collected and passed to a 3rd party payment provider. No credit-card details are stored on this website, we may however store some limited information such as billing and delivery address information (if provided), telephone numbers (if provided), and details of your transaction history.

Telephone numbers will not be used for any other purpose than to provide you with information on your purchase, should it be required that we do so. Address details will be passed to 3rd party couriers in order to complete your order, this may include telephone numbers if available to aid in the delivery process.
